Terms of use.
The rules for using TrustDB, our Discord server and our bots, in plain English.
Last updated 26 Oct 2026 · Operator FLS (OPC) Pvt. Ltd, registered in India · Previously operated from the EU
The short version
- A listing is a report plus a staff verdict. It's not a fact, a legal finding or a guarantee, and no record doesn't mean safe.
- Any age Discord allows can use TrustDB, including under-18s. No false reports, no faked evidence, and no harassing anyone who's listed.
- Reports over $30 are held for staff review. Two staff check every case.
- Anyone listed can appeal within 30 days of the listing or decision. Decisions land within 72 hours.
- Indian law applies. Questions go to support or our Grievance Officer.
This summary helps you skim. The full text below is what applies.
01Who we are and what these terms cover
TrustDB is a scam-report registry for gaming, trading and middleman communities. It's run by FLS (OPC) Pvt. Ltd, a company registered in India ("TrustDB", "we", "us"). TrustDB previously operated in the European Union as FL EUROPE TECH PVT LTD and has since moved its operations to India. These terms apply to the service as it is run from India.
These terms apply when you use TrustDB.org, the TrustDB Discord server, or our bots (TrustDB and Trustified). By using any of them you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TrustDB.
02What TrustDB is, and isn't
TrustDB collects scam reports, has staff review the evidence, and publishes a record when staff are satisfied a report holds up.
- A listing is a report plus a staff verdict. It reflects our review of the evidence we had at the time. It is not a statement of fact, a legal finding, or an accusation of a crime.
- No record doesn't mean safe. We can't know about every scam. Absence from TrustDB is not a guarantee about anyone.
- We are not a party to your deals. We don't hold funds, act as a middleman, or get refunds for you.
- Use your own judgement. Check IDs, use a trusted middleman and keep your proof.
03Who can use TrustDB
You can file a report, appeal, open a ticket or join the server at any age, including under 18, as long as you're allowed to use Discord under its own terms when you use our Discord services. Staff roles have their own minimum ages: 16 or older for staff and 18 or older for Management. Staff are unpaid volunteers, and we don't require parental consent to join as staff.
If you're under 18, a parent or guardian can contact us about your data or tickets. A listing about an account that seems to belong to someone under 18 can stay if the evidence supports it, but we'll limit what we show.
04Acceptable use
When you use TrustDB, you agree not to:
- file a false, exaggerated or misleading report, or one about someone you just don't like
- submit fake, edited, cropped-to-mislead or AI-made evidence
- harass, threaten, dox, dogpile or call out anyone who's listed, or anyone who reported them. Report, don't retaliate.
- use TrustDB to extort someone, settle personal disputes or pressure people into paying
- scrape, bulk-download or try to list records or transcripts, or get around rate limits
- impersonate staff, partners or other users, or advertise or scam in the server
- break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Breaking these rules can get your report dismissed, your access removed and, for fabricated evidence, a listing of your own.
05Reports and evidence
- You must be the person who was harmed, or have their permission to report for them.
- Your evidence must be genuine, complete and unedited: uncropped chats with dates, and payment proof with a transaction ID or hash.
- Report IDs, not usernames. Usernames change and IDs don't.
- Never send passwords, tokens, 2FA codes or ID documents. We don't need them and we'll delete them.
- You give us permission to store your report and evidence, show it to staff and the reported person, and publish a redacted record if your report is upheld.
06How reviews work
- Two staff members check every case before anything is published.
- The reported person gets a chance to respond before a decision, unless that would put someone at risk.
- Reports over $30 are held for staff review and are not shown in lookups until that review is done.
- Our target is a decision within about 72 hours for a standard report. Complex cases can take longer.
- We may dismiss reports that fall outside what we cover, like quality disputes, trades in illegal goods, or losses you agreed to take.
- Records come from evidence, never popularity. Nobody can pay to add, remove or change a record.
07Disputes, appeals and corrections
Anyone listed can appeal, on the web at /report or in #appeal-a-report. Every appeal goes to one central appeals desk: staff who weren't involved in the original case review it, and Management decides. See appeals for what counts.
| Step | Target time |
|---|---|
| You file the appeal | Within 30 days of the listing or the latest decision (a wrong-person appeal is always open) |
| We acknowledge your appeal | Within 24 hours |
| The filer can respond | Within 48 hours |
| Decision | Within 72 hours of filing |
We'll correct, downgrade or remove a record whenever the evidence changes, including if we got the wrong person. You can also ask us to fix a factual mistake at any time through a support ticket.
08Takedown and right of reply
If you think something we publish is wrong, unlawful or harms you, you can:
- Ask for a takedown or correction. Open a support ticket or contact the Grievance Officer (section 16). Tell us the case ID, what's wrong and why.
- Ask for a right of reply. If you're listed, you can send a short statement. Where staff agree it's relevant, we'll add it to the case.
We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days, in line with India's IT Rules 2021. We may keep a record up while we review it if the evidence still supports it.
09Discord bots and Trustified server terms
- Our bots (TrustDB and Trustified) show the same records as the website. The same rules about what a listing means apply.
- Server owners who add Trustified are responsible for how their staff and members use its results. Don't use /check results to ban, shame or harass anyone without your own review.
- Bot results can be delayed or unavailable. We may change or limit bot features, rate limits or commands at any time.
- Partner servers get no say in verdicts, report like everyone else, and must follow the partner guidelines. If a partner's owner or staff is listed, the partnership pauses until any appeal ends.
- You can remove our bots from your server whenever you like.
10Intellectual property
The TrustDB name, logo, website, bots, design and code belong to FLS (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. You can link to TrustDB and share individual lookup results to warn others. You can't copy the database, rebrand our work, or use our name to suggest we endorse you.
You keep ownership of what you send us. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to run TrustDB, including publishing a redacted record.
11Disclaimers
TrustDB is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to get things right, but we don't promise that records are complete, accurate or current, or that the service will always be up. Records reflect staff review, not proven facts.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FLS (OPC) Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any loss from deals you make or don't make, from relying on a record or on the absence of one, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.
13Indemnity
If you break these terms, file a false report or misuse a record, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
14Suspension and termination
We can suspend or remove your access to the server, the bots or web tickets if you break these terms or put others at risk. You can stop using TrustDB at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (like liability, indemnity and IP) still apply after that.
15Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live in the EU or the UK, you keep the mandatory consumer and data protection rights of your country, and nothing here takes them away.
We may update these terms. We'll change the "last updated" date and post bigger changes in #news. Using TrustDB after a change means you accept the new terms.
