Every reply on your report, appeal or support ticket in one place, whether staff answered on the web or in Discord.

Ticket IDs start with TKT-. You'll need to be logged in as the person who opened it.

Log in to see your tickets.

Tickets are private to the person who opened them, so we ask you to log in first.

Any login works for tickets and chat. Use Discord if you also want to reply from the server.

    Replies from staff on the web and in Discord land in one thread.

  3. Answer staff

    Reply right on the ticket page. No Discord needed.

Can't find your ticket?

Opened it from another account, or on the old site? Open a new support ticket and tell us the ID. Staff will link them up.
