One ID.
Every platform.
Every person, case, ticket and appeal on TrustDB gets a short TrustID. It works in Discord, on the web and in game chat. Paste one to see its public record.
Starts with TID. Case IDs (TDB), tickets (TKT), appeals (APL) and partner imports (EXT) work too. Got a Discord ID or wallet instead? Use Lookup.

What a TrustID is.
A short, case-proof reference. No 0, O, 1, I or L, so it reads cleanly out loud and in screenshots.
TID-7K3QPeople
The main TrustID. One per person, linking their Discord IDs, wallets and usernames. A case ID like TDB-9HRT opens the person behind it too.
TKT-4WZPTickets
Every report or support ticket you open, on the web or in Discord. Use it to track progress.
APL-9HRTAppeals
An appeal against a record. Linked to the case it challenges, so both sides see the same thing.
EXT-1024Partner imports
Records shared by partner servers after our own review. Shown only once approved.
Why it exists.
Usernames change in two clicks. A TrustID doesn't, and it travels with the record wherever the trade happens.
- Not everyone is on DiscordScams happen in game chats, marketplaces and DMs. A TrustID points to a record without needing a Discord account.
- One ID across TrustDBThe same ID works in the Discord bots, on this website and in the staff dashboard. Nothing gets lost between them.
- Private by defaultA lookup shows only what's already public. Linked accounts are masked, and emails never show.
How to look one up.
- 1Find the TrustID on a record, a ticket confirmation or a message from TrustDB staff.
- 2Paste it in the search above, or open
trustdb.org/trustid/TID-7K3Qdirectly. - 3You'll see the linked identifiers (masked), approved public records with tiers and dates, and the transcript when one is public.
Think a record is wrong?
Every record can be appealed, and someone who wasn't on the case decides.
